You’ll never feel motivated if you don’t start physically doing something first. You feel motivated when the part of the brain called the nucleus accumbens is active, which only happens once you actually start doing something. Take mornings when you have to get up even though you’re tired. If you stay lying down you’ll keep feeling tired forever. But if your body turns on, your brain will follow. Therefore, step one is getting up from bed. Then your mind will wake up. Difficult tasks become easy with this method. Ultimately, your body is the only “switch” you have.

やりはじめないとやる気は出ません。脳の「側坐核」が活動するとやる気が出るのですが、
側坐核は、何かをやりはじめないと活動しないので。
例えば、朝、眠いのに起きなきゃいけない。横になってたらいつまで経っても眠いんです。
体のスイッチが入ったら、脳は追随する。だから、まず起きる。そうすると目が覚める。
そういうことで、面倒なことが楽になる。けっきょく、身体しかスイッチはない。
